Routes & Hours of Services (Monday through Friday)

ValleyRide operates six inter county routes that provide service between Ada and Canyon counties (to the cities of Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Middleton, Star, Eagle and Boise). Information about each route is listed below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ROUTES OPERATE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

  Language assistance is available to ValleyRide and ACCESS passengers. All calls for translator service must go through RideLine customer service (345-7433). The passenger must be able to either: tell the customer service representative what language they speak; be able to identify their language from a printed list if asking a bus operator for language assistance; or have someone call RideLine on their behalf.

Route 40 Nampa/Meridian Express
Operates: Monday - Friday
Description: This peak service originates at the Happy Day Transit Center, 5907 Cleveland. Blvd. Service turns north on Nampa Boulevard and east on Interstate 41 to serve the College of Western Idaho (CWI) main campus in Nampa. From there it provides service to the Park & Ride lot located at Ten Mile and Overland roads and to the Lowes/Roaring Springs area on Overland before heading to downtown Boise. There are four morning runs and three afternoon runs from Happy Day Transit Center to Boise, and three morning and four afternoon runs from Boise to Nampa. This route picks up at both the main bus stop and the Park & Ride lot on the CWI campus.

Route 41 Happy Day Transit Center/Boise State
Operates: Monday - Friday
Description: This route operates between the Happy Day Transit Center and Boise State. It follows the same pathway through the city currently taken by Route 42.

Route 42 CWI/Towne Square Mall
Operates: Monday - Friday
Description: Route 42 operates between the College of Western Idaho and Boise Towne Square Mall.

Route 43 Caldwell Express
Operates: Monday – Friday
Description: This route provides two a.m. inbound trips from Caldwell to Boise and two outbound trips from Caldwell to Caldwell

Route 44 Hwy. 44 Express
Operates: Monday - Friday
Description: A single inbound and single outbound trip between Caldwell and Boise. Serves the cityies of Middleton, Star and Eagle.

Description: This service provides seven round-trip bus runs between the College of Western Idaho main campus in Nampa and Boise State University.

    Valley Regional Transit is committed to serving the needs of individuals with disabilities in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1073. VRT Reasonable Modification processes are designed to guide VRT staff and contract operators to make reasonable modifications/accommodations to policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to fixed-route, demand response, and paratransit services necessary to avoid discrimination. The authority will grant requests reasonable accommodations except where making accommodations would: 1). Fundamentally alter the nature of the service, program, or activity; 2). Create a direct threat to the health and safety of others; or 3).
